The Nichols House Museum is a historic home located in Boston’s Beacon Hill neighborhood. Visitors are welcome for tours, programs and special events throughout the year. We highlight topics such as women’s history, decorative arts, and everyday life through stories of the Nichols family and their contemporaries in late 19th century and early 20th century Boston. Our Patrons provide the essential funding needed for our ongoing museum programming, conservation initiatives, and the care of our treasured 1804 townhouse. Your support allows us to maintain our refreshed focus on the lives, work, and passions of Rose, Marian, and Margaret Nichols, each of whom were true makers and changemakers. Nichols House Museum, 55 Mount Vernon Street, Boston, MA 02108 The Museum is open Tuesday through Sunday. Tuesday-Friday tours at 10 am, 11 am, and 12 pm. Saturdays at 10 am, 11 am, 12 pm, 1 pm, and 2 pm. Sundays at 11 am, 12 pm, 1 pm, and 2 pm. The Museum will be closed on July 4.
